BEING LOVE INTENTIONALLY
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe a lack of love is at the root of many of the degeneration of our society. Hate, injustice, intolerance, crime, indifference, and racism (to name a few) leave our community zapped of hope, energy, and healthy socialization. We can help to bring change where we are right now. Love is selfless and unconditional. It should be expressed without regard to color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, etc. At iLove Now, we are intentional about bringing love to communities. The smallest of gestures and the intentionality of our kind acts are making a difference. We want to do more, but for now, we are perfecting change through our programs and activities.

OUR VISION
To empower individuals and groups to be intentional about showing love in order to affect change in their community and the world.
Giving to iLove Now is a powerful way to impact lives on the Love Thrives 3-City "Destiny: Love" Tour. You make a big difference by supporting a movement that spreads hope, healing, and transformation in every city it touches. Here’s how your generosity makes that difference:
1. Empowering Local Communities
Your contributions enable The Tour to bring its life-changing messages to
cities nationwide. The tour equips individuals with tools to embrace their
destinies, steward their relationships, and build stronger communities.
2. Reaching the Unreached
The Tour is designed to engage both churched and unchurched individuals,
making it a unique opportunity to share God’s unconditional love with people
from all walks of life.
3. Supporting Holistic Transformation
Love Thrives Conference isn’t just about events—it’s about fostering personal
growth, healing from past wounds, and inspiring participants to thrive in every
area of life. Your gift helps ensure these resources are accessible to everyone,
regardless of their financial status.
4. Fueling the Vision
By giving, you directly support the vision of taking Love Thrives to cities
nationwide, and globally ensuring the message of love and destiny reaches as
many lives as possible.
5. Building a Legacy of Impact
When you invest in Love Thrives, you’re not just contributing to an event—you’re
sowing into a movement that will leave a lasting legacy of hope and
transformation for generations to come.
Your partnership in giving makes the Love Thrives 3-City "Destiny: Love" Tour possible, creating
opportunities for lives to be touched, healed, and empowered in every city it
visits. Together, we can spread the love that truly thrives!
THE DETAILS
COMMUNITY
EVENTS
Our volunteers are thrilled to work in communities that may be a challenge for others but an opportunity for greatness for us. We coined the phrase “At-Hope” persons (instead of at-risk) so that even how we view and interact with them is from a place of honor and dignity.

"LUNCH IN THE PARK" & MID-YEAR POP-UP BLESSINGS FOR THE
HOMELESS
For the past eight years, each fall, iLove Now, with our partners, has provided over 2,000 large plastic tote bags of food, hygiene products, and clothing at our “Lunch in the Park for the Homeless” event in downtown and Southeast Washington, DC, and at our mid-year Pop-Up Blessings event. These are two of our favorite events, allowing us to talk with and pray for residents and transient persons in the area.
Although they all welcomed our tote bags of goodies, it never fails that many of them were blessed with our just stopping by to listen and chat with them. Last September 2023, one lady forwent hopping onto her bus when it stopped to continue listening and sharing with two of our volunteers.
When organizers and volunteers met to share and debrief, the prevailing responses were, “This was so enriching...” “I needed this…” “Let me know when the next one is.”
COMMUNITY PRAYER
WALKS
We conduct prayer walks in at-risk neighborhoods in Southeast Washington, DC, to pray for an end to gun violence, drugs, gang warfare, broken households, etc. We also engage residents to ascertain their concerns and challenges, pray with many of them, and engage the young people in friendly conversations while pushing hope.
With the help of our community partners, we hope to have a monthly presence in the area of Peace Park, corner of Martin Luther King Blvd & Malcolm X Avenue, SE Wash., DC, which we adopted six years ago.
